IS THE VENUE wheelchair accessIBLE?Our training rooms and suites are accessible for wheelchair users and a wheelchair accessible toilet is located on the ground floor.
ARE delegates welcomed on arrival?We meet, greet and direct delegates - and make sure everyone gets settled in the right place.
What room configurations do you offer?Generally rooms are laid out in classroom style, boardroom or U-shape, but if you would prefer something else please ask.
Can i access my room before my hiring?Trainers, facilitators and organisers can arrive c. 8:00 a.m. by arrangement, or if alternative prior access timing is important, please ask.
Can software be installed onto machines before a training course?We can usually help by installing your own software or requirements if notified over a week in advance of bookings - or you can simply install files/apps on the day - USB access is available on all of our computers.
What are your Internet speeds?Each room we provide has its own, dedicated 100MB synchronous Hyperoptic connection ... putting us amongst the strongest internet facilities in Glasgow.
What KIND OF software is on your computers?Along with Internet Explorer and Chrome, our computers run Windows and Microsoft Office as standard. If you need a specific version of either, or anything else of your own added, please let us know.
Do you provide tech support?Yes - our IT support team are experienced with software, hardware and internet usage and are available on-site throughout the entirety of your room booking if you need anything.
invoicing & Payments
HOW ARE ROOMS PAID FOR?We can accept payment by card over the phone, or can alternatively invoice established organisations for payment by BACS or cheque.
WHEN does payment need to be made?Unless otherwise agreed, 14 calendar days before (or on booking if within 14 calendar days of hire) minimum charge is invoiced which also acts as as non refundable deposit. On completion of the event, a following or updated invoice will include any delegates above minimum, lunch and any requested extras.
Do you HAVE ANY CHARITY DISCOUNTS?We offer a 10% price reduction for registered charities.
What is your CANCELLATION policy?Cancellation terms are simple - if you cancel your room two clear weeks in advance there will be no cancellation charges - after that the minimum stated applicable room size charge applies. Full terms and conditions are in the link below.
